Was born and raised in New York City and is a happy husband and father of two. Ken moved to the Capital to study law at Albany Law School where he received his J.D. in 2010 and an award for the highest academic standing in administrative law. Immediately after passing the bar, he established his own practice here in Albany where he has been successful with Vehicle & Traffic law, criminal defense, and appearances before the New York State Liquor Authority. He is also one of the pioneers of a new area of law designed to help people who have been the victims of internet harassment.
Was born in Pune, India where he founded a successful software company before earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Fergusson College. After graduation, he attended ILS Law College where he received his L.L.B with Honors. After pursuing a Civil and Trademark law practice, he moved to the United States where he attended Albany Law School and received his L.L.M in 2009.
Mr. Joshi has personal experience in almost every traffic court in Upstate New York and the Hudson Valley. In a single day, he famously traveled from Albany to the Cheektowaga Town Court (Buffalo) and then to Ghent Town Court (Columbia County) to make personal appearances on serious Vehicle & Traffic matters. Due to his unmatched work ethic and professionalism, he is well-known and well-received in courts throughout the Capital District and beyond. He has had tremendous success defending traffic ticket cases as well as DWI, UPM and other serious criminal charges. Mr. Joshi is also a registered patent attorney admitted in the State of New York and United States Patent & Trademark Office, as well as internationally.
